Our pricing structure is a little different than most remote control packages. We have setup pricing so that you have a low, one time, fixed cost associated with purchasing SupportAnyPC. We do this by charging based on the number of PCs that you need to do support FROM. So, for example, lets say you have 250 clients. You support these 250 clients from 5 different PCs in your office. You would need to purchase a 5 seat license to SupportAnyPC. Now, 2 years from now, you are up to 500 clients. If you can still support 500 clients from those same 5 PCs, there is no additional cost. If you need to hire more support staff and have more PCs that you do support from, then you would need to upgrade your SupportAnyPC license accordingly.
Our pricing structure can dramatically lower your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for remote support software. As a comparison, lets see how SupportAnyPC fares against pcAnywhere and GotoMyPC with a 500 seat client base (based on 10 support PCs and 500 client PCs over a one year period):
