When your customers visit your support page, the dialogs and messages that come up will be in whatever language Windows is set to. Currently we support English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Portugese, Russian and German. Multilingual Support
SupportAnyPC detects Windows Regional settings or language versions and adjusts the user interface accordingly. SupportAnyPC is the ONLY remote control package of its kind that supports so many languages. We are adding languages on a regular basis, so if the language you need isn't listed, let us know!
Remote control alert message
So that our software isn't abused we require all installation to display a message to the end user alerting them to the fact that their machine can be remote controlled if they continue running the program. This keeps your customers safe and confident that their security is of utmost importance to you.
Single support file for entire company
Rather than requiring you to maintain a seperate support.exe for each support machine, we handle that for you. All of your licenses will be encoded into just one file. This allows you to place a single link right on your website for any customer to connect to any support computer.
Firewall/NAT support
One of the most difficult tasks associated with setting up remote control is dealing with all the different router and firewall configurations of your customers. With SupportAnyPC, these problems are all but gone. As long as their firewall/router allows outbound connections (the same type of connection that is used when they visit a webpage), SupportAnyPC will work.
Builtin file transfer
SupportAnyPC supports both file and directory transfers to and from a remote machine. This allows you to send updates or retrieve support files without having to use email or some other means of file transfer. You can also open a chat window to interact with your customer.
Auto reconnect and reboot
Connection problems are inevitable when using the internet as your connection. To deal with whatever problems may arise, SupportAnyPC has an auto reconnect feature that will cause your customers computer to try and reconnect if the connection between you was lost for some reason. It will keep trying to reconnect until it gets a connection, or they tell it to stop trying. Also, SupportAnyPC has a reboot and reconnect feature so that you can work with programs that require a reboot. When the system reboots (either from a program requiring it to or you telling it to), SupportAnyPC will reconnect once their computer has rebooted.
