To send you a demonstration copy of SupportAnyPC we need to have the IP address or DNS name of the PC that you wish to do support from. If you are not sure how to obtain the proper IP address to submit, please see the FAQ, or if you need more in depth support, contact our support team via email at support@supportanypc.com.
If you send us an IP address that starts with "192.168." or "10." you will not be able to have PCs outside of your private network connect to your PC using SupportAnyPC. This is because addresses that start with "192.168." or "10." are considered private, and do not identify your computer on the internet. To use SupportAnyPC with PCs on the internet, you need to send us a public IP address (or a DNS name that points to a public IP address). Please see the FAQ for more information.
